For clients who prefer the convenience of having their saddle fitting completed at home, Mobile Saddle Fitting allows The Rusty Spur Co. to travel directly to your property.

This service provides the same professional Precision Saddle Fit assessment, carried out in your horse’s normal working environment. Evaluating the saddle where the horse is regularly ridden often allows for a clearer understanding of comfort, balance and performance under saddle.

Each consultation allows approximately 45 minutes per horse, providing time for a detailed and measured assessment.

During your appointment we assess:
• Saddle balance and bar contact
• Gullet width and saddle suitability
• Pressure points and overall saddle fit
• Rider position and balance
• Horse comfort and movement under saddle

Clients are encouraged to have any saddles they would like assessed available on the day, along with the saddle pads normally used.

Mobile fittings are ideal for:
• Horses that travel poorly
• Clients with multiple horses
• Riders wanting assessment in their regular riding environment
• Small group bookings at one property

Pricing

$120 per horse — approximately 45 minute consultation

Travel within 50 km of Corowa is included.
Travel outside this radius is charged at $1/km beyond the initial 50 km.

Bookings require a $20 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance payable on the day.
