Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Product images are for display purposes only; colours, finishes, and materials may vary slightly.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD.
Prices may change without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed (e.g. layby).

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Production timeframes are estimates only and may vary.
We will contact you regarding timelines where applicable.

Layby Terms

Layby is available on selected items only.
A non-refundable deposit is required.
Full payment must be made by the due date stated on the invoice.
If payment is not completed by the due date, all paid funds will be forfeited and the item may be returned to sale.

Pick-Up Orders

Most in-stock items will be ready for collection within 24 hours.
Custom orders may take up to 6 weeks.
Store trading days and hours apply unless otherwise advised.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds, exchanges, and store credits are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Rusty Spur Co. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
