Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Exchanges or store credit may be offered on eligible items, at our discretion.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • This includes custom saddlery, custom dog collars, engraved items, and made-to-order products.

Sale Items

  • Sale items are final and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Faulty Items

  • If an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Faults will be assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after purchase is not considered a fault.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
