Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

This includes custom saddlery, custom dog collars, engraved items, and made-to-order products.
Sale Items

Sale items are final and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
