  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Methods

  • We ship using reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom or made-to-order items have extended processing times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • These items are shipped once completed.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are outside of our control once dispatched.


Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available for eligible orders.

  • Most in-stock items will be ready for pickup within 24 hours.

  • Custom orders may take up to 6 - 10 weeks.

  • We are currently closed on Mondays and Wednesdays, unless otherwise advised via our social media channels or in-store signage.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • Once an order has been dispatched, The Rusty Spur Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with lodging an enquiry.


Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


International Shipping

  • International shipping may be available on selected items.

  • Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
